Fresh radishes and garden chives are the focus of these delicious fritters. So quick, gluten-free, and wonderful served with some vegan tzatziki.
Throw on some chive flowers as a colourful and tasty addition!

- 1 cup chopped radishes
- 1/2 cup chopped radish greens or other greens
- 1/3 cup chopped chives
- 1/4 cup chana flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic minced. Or 1/2 teas. garlic powder.
- salt to taste
- panko bread crumbs Optional but awesome! GF version if required
- oil for pan frying
Ingredients

- Heat a heavy pan with about 1/4 inch of oil. I used avocado oil with a high smoke level.
- Chop all your veggies quite finely.
- In a large bowl, mix your chana flour and spices, including the minced garlic.
- Add the veggies and mix until mixture holds together. Form into small patties.
- Dip into panko crumbs. This is optional but adds a great crunch.
- Fry for a few minutes on each side.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or meal! I served them with a tzatziki dip but they would also be great with other dips! Enjoy!
