Instructions
  1. Soak your blanched almonds in water for 24-48 hours to ensure a creamy texture. A high-powered blender works well to create this deliciousness.
  2. Put all your ingredients except your herbs into your blender and blend until smooth. This will take a few minutes.
  3. Put your creamy spread into a bowl. You could divide this into two bowls to try some different combinations. Chop your herbs of choice finely and stir them into the almond spread. Cover and keep in the fridge. Letting the flavours absorb for a day makes a difference, especially if you are using dried herbs.

I like to soak twice the quantity of almonds that I need and then freeze half. It really makes this a quick recipe when I have the nuts ready to go!
