Fresh radishes and garden chives are the focus of these delicious fritters. So quick, gluten-free, and wonderful served with some vegan tzatziki.

A simple mixture of chopped radishes, radish greens, and garden chives stirred up with some chana flour and spices, makes these Radish Fritters a quick and easy meal or snack. They are delicious dipped in a lovely vegan tzatziki!

Instructions
  1. Heat a heavy pan with about 1/4 inch of oil. I used avocado oil with a high smoke level.
  2. Chop all your veggies quite finely.
  3. In a large bowl, mix your chana flour and spices, including the minced garlic.
  4. Add the veggies and mix until mixture holds together. Form into small patties.
  5. Dip into panko crumbs. This is optional but adds a great crunch.
  6. Fry for a few minutes on each side.
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer or meal! I served them with a tzatziki dip but they would also be great with other dips! Enjoy!

These crispy treats were also good dipped in the Maple Sesame Sauce that I used with Crispy Cauliflower Bites! Enjoy!
